This is a co-ed group for homeschoolers ages 12 and up, and their families. Members may be from any locale. The name
North Pinellas refers to where most events will occur. Our meetings are scheduled for Monday afternoons. The location will
vary from week to week. The purpose of the group is to provide a fun place for homeschooled teens to get to know others in
the area. We hope to make every new person feel welcome and to create an atmosphere of acceptance in which people's abilities
and preferences are respected. To achieve this goal, everyone in the group is asked to take personal responsibility to see
how they can help meet these group goals. Perhaps for a shy person that would be a warm smile for a new member. Someone more
outgoing may be able to help introduce the new person to other members. Even just making the commitment to come when possible
and to participate in the activities will help to make this group's goals a reality.
